feedbackI’ve been writing here for two years, come August. For a while, the only comments were labeled “Dad.” (Check’s in the mail, Dad.) The reach is now beyond my immediate family, and most of you don’t know me personally.

Some of you who do know my passion for the Gospel think I come across here as a bit “duck-and-dodge” about where I stand. That’s a consequence of avoiding “club lingo.” This medium reaches around the world. Frankly, too much online Christian chatter sounds like insiders talking shop because they only know how to talk to each other.

My goal is relevance without compromise.   The intent is not to keep people guessing about me, but to take me out of the equation so people deal more directly with an issue, with themselves, or with God. I’m planting seeds and taking risks to engage the public in personal matters of faith, especially with people who don’t share my convictions. I’m speaking to both seekers and believers, and I admit, it’s a challenge.

Whether you identify yourself as a Christian or not, your presence and participation here is key. I invite you to comment. It doesn’t have to advance the argument or quote some obscure reference. It just needs you.
